The prices include accommodation in a beautiful double room with private bathroom (it is possible to have also a single room for an extra fee of nok 180/day), 2 meals/day, 2 yoga classes/day + theoretical classes about yoga philosophy, ayurveda, meditation.
Transportation from the train station of Verona at the arrival and at the departure (we can arrange also the transportation directly from the airport of Milan or Venice for an extra fee, if you need it, just let us know).
The flight ticket is not included, but our partner travel agency Everest Travels can take care of the booking of the flight for you, if you need it.

If you love yoga but your travelling companion doesn’t, there is plenty else to do during the vacation (possibility to visit the Roman Arena of Verona, the Romeo and Juliet house, the Lake Garda…) and your traveling companion will pay less in case he/she will not participate to the yoga program.
During the vacation is also possible to book relaxing Ayurvedic Yoga massages with therapeutic oils (590 nok/hour)
About the yoga teacher:
MASSIMO BARBERI practices yoga since 1991, he has worked as a professional yoga teacher for 19 years (in Italy and in Norway). He has studied the Indian philosophies and the Yoga traditions both academically (at the University of religious studies in Trento), and practically, learning the traditional Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Tantra Yoga under the teaching of Indian swamis (traditional yoga monks) and participating to the Yoga Educators trainings of the institute AMAYE in Sweden and Germany (more than 500 hours). Lately Massimo has collaborated also with the international Integral Yoga school Samadhi (Florence). In 2011 he became also a certified Ayurveda therapist (Ayurveda is the medical side of the Yoga tradition) with the European Institute of Ayurveda (London).
He is the creator of the popular virtual-yoga community YogaTogether.net, a website that everyone can join to share experiences, opinions and knowledge about Yoga, meditation and healthy life styles.
